As the Director of Training for the Rio Suites Hotel in Las Vegas Wade was responsible for master planning and operations of a $4 million training facility. He set standards for curriculum development and facilitation to support 5,000 employees in delivering service that sells for both internal and external customers.

Wade has traveled nationwide providing training and coaching for more than 10,000 people, from sales and service to managing and supervising. He has had the pleasure of working with companies such as Boyd Gaming Corporation, Harrah's Entertainment, MGM Grand and Mirage Corporation.

Through a combination of marketing and training Wade's facilitation of relationship selling and leadership helped to increase client table games revenue by 3%, representing millions of dollars in increased revenue.

Wade's energy and skill to enroll participants into the learning process is the catalyst for them to see new opportunities and the rewards that wait for those willing to take action.

Wade and his wife Tracey are life long residents of Las Vegas with two grown daughters and five grand children. Life doesn't get better than spending time with your grand kids.
