PRESENTATION TOOLS: USING VISUAL AIDS

    1. You may not use it to make every key point on every single proposal call, but be prepared to have it and use it when necessary.
    2. The best way to maintain control of the proposal call is to walk the client through your recommendations as you present them.
    3. Try to tell a story back to the client that dramatizes the key points on any of your visual aids.  Paint a picture, so that the visual aid will make sense to the client.
    4. Remember that your visual aids reduce clients’ doubts and skepticisms.  Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
