VOICE MAIL TIPS:
- Review your notes in CRM prior to the call
- Know what you are going to say – make it come alive
- Talk about benefits that are important to the prospect
- Leave your phone number twice and talk slowly
- Sound enthusiastic
- Try leaving your cell number
- Customize your message to that prospect
- Compliment the prospect
- Share a quick success story
- Use information you have gathered on the company to customize your voice mail
- Call in the early morning or late at night
- 30 seconds maximum
