VOICE MAIL TIPS:

  • Review your notes in CRM prior to the call
  • Know what you are going to say – make it come alive
  • Talk about benefits that are important to the prospect
  • Leave your phone number twice and talk slowly
  • Sound enthusiastic
  • Try leaving your cell number
  • Customize your message to that prospect
  • Compliment the prospect
  • Share a quick success story
  • Use information you have gathered on the company to customize your voice mail
  • Call in the early morning or late at night
  • 30 seconds maximum
