- Build a game plan
- Gain input on agenda from your Manager

Ask questions concerning:
- Action steps from last GPM
- Goals vs. actual performance
- What’s working/not working
- Pipeline / top accounts
- Document observations
- Discovery summary

Step Three - Solution/Game Plan |
Build a game plan for the next month:
- Set clear action steps for Manager
- Set clear action steps for Director
- The solution/game plan ideally comes from your Manager with accountability or you can recommend a solution/game plan that your Manager agrees to execute
- Document smart action steps

Step Four -Commitment |
Summary of action plan:
- Have Manager review their goals
- Have the Manager review their action steps
- Director reviews their action steps
- Set date and time of next GPM

Affirm your confidence in your Manager:
- Express your optimism
- Be sincere and specific
