Mark Norman has been a leader in the training and development industry for 29 years. Mark's role as a senior consultant allows him to work with clients to improve leadership and sales effectiveness. He has worked with clients such as; Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and UBS Financial Services.

Mark's dynamic and unique style as a facilitator creates an environment in the classroom that pushes people to a higher level of performance. Mark owned and operated franchises for a large international training organization for fifteen years and received international recognition.

Mark has been married for twenty nine years to his wife Lee Ann and together they have three children. Mark resides in the St. Louis area.
