Lisa Yankowitz has been working with organizations for over 10 years to improve performance, productivity, and sales. She started her training career with the Dale Carnegie Organization in Miami, Florida in 1995 and has trained thousands of people all over the country. Lisa was the lead trainer in the roll of “What Got You Here Won't Get You There,” a program developed by Dale Carnegie Training in partnership with Marshall Goldsmith, New York Times best-selling author.

Lisa is a member of the National Speakers Association, was featured as one of Sky Radio Network's “Best Speakers in America” and is a contributing author to the book “Remarkable Women.” For almost 5 years, Lisa served as a regular contributor on News Channel 5's “Today in St. Louis” where each week she helped employers understand how to get the best out of their employees.

Lisa has worked with some of this country's top employers: Peabody Energy, Marriott, Pella Windows & Doors, Ascension Health, and AT&T. She did her undergraduate work at the State University of New York in Albany and her graduate work at the University of Miami.

Lisa was born and raised in New York, and currently resides in St. Louis Missouri with her 2 fur babies, an 8 year old Australian Shepherd and 12 year old Siamese.
