Josh began his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor. From there, Josh became a real estate broker and trainer, and was named "Rookie of the Year" his first year in the business. He has sold more than $20 million of Iowa real estate. Josh is a sought after real estate speaker and trainer having trained thousands of agents across the country.

Josh has also worked with managers and salespeople of Fortune 500 companies to implement selling programs that impact the bottom line. He has worked with such companies as AT&T, RE/MAX, Prudential, Wells Fargo, Coldwell Banker, HSA Home Warranty and Home Services of America and dozens of Real Estate Associations.

Josh lives in Des Moines, Iowa with his wife, Michelle and three boys, Drake, Cooper and Nash.
