Jaime Brown is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and started her professional career in the hospitality industry. Jaime’s experience ranges from hospitality, event planning, non-profit fundraising, real estate sales to advertising & telecom sales.

Jaime comes to The Next Level with over 8 years of sales training experience. She has been able to format a sales training program that ultimately brings a piece of all of her previous experiences together. With the skill set so diverse it helps bring a cutting edge technique to training not only how to sell but the psychology behind selling. Jaime served as social host for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines for 3 years. It was that work experience that helped her to better understand the behavior styles of people all over the world. Being able to interact and socialize with all types of nationalities, she learned that it is not the old adage “treat people as you want to be treated”, but better yet “treat people as they want to be treated”.

Jaime has worked with many companies on improving their overall company culture and at the same time driving sales. Jaime stands by the philosophy that a Trainer is not one who just stands in front of the room and lectures but rather one who knows the importance of engaging and developing associates’ thinking to encourage them to become an active part of the learning process. She believes that it’s important to know WHAT product the Customer wants to buy but even more important to know WHY they want to buy it. Jaime is a certified DISC Behavioral Styles Instructor and certified in the Dimension of Professional Selling.
